Nishinippon Railroad Co., Ltd., and Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. announced the development of a 43-story residential tower in Texas, U.S.A. Located in Houston’s central area, the building will house 307 units, including studios, 1~3 bedrooms, and two-story penthouses for monthly rents between ¥200,000 ~ ¥1,600,000.
