Office Building to Occupy Site of the Former Hakata Star Lanes

NTT Urban Development and Taisei Corporation have begun construction on the Hakata Ekimae 1-Chome Development Project in Hakata Ward. The two companies will build a 10-story building with a total floor area of 29,200 m2 on the site of the former Hakata Star Lanes bowling alley. The building is slated to open in July 2022. Under this plan, offices starting at around 115 m2 will be available for rent. The smaller offices will be housed on the first floor, which will create office space for startups and venture companies that employ a variety of working arrangements. Source: FIBA
