A report by the Tokyo-based real estate agency, Miki Shoji Co., Ltd., revealed an increasing rate of vacancies in office buildings in the central area of Fukuoka. As more companies downsize their offices in response to the introduction of teleworking, an average of 4.47% of offices (*330 square meters or larger) remain unused.
