Oita-based Soy Sauce Company Developed Product Made From Insects

An Oita-based soy sauce brewer developed a shoyu product made from crickets. The joint project between Marumata Shoyu and a local startup, Otogino, succeeded in turning traditional soy sauce into a more nutritious, flavorful seasoning for food and sweets. The product will soon become available online before hitting the shelves of local roadside stations and more. Source: Dream News Press Release
