The Fukuoka Stock Exchange announced that Mobile Create Co. of Oita would be listed on their Q-Board for new startups on December 20. It is the first new Q-Board listing in five years. Mobile Create was founded 10 years ago. It develops and sells vehicle distribution systems using GPS for taxicab companies, as well as transceivers that use cell phone networks.
