One Company in Four Negatively Affected by Soured Sino-Japanese Ties

The Fukuoka branch of Teikoku Databank released the results of its survey of805 Kyushu companies on the impact of the worsening of Japan-China relations. A total 23% said they had been negatively affected. In contrast, 50% said they had not been affected at all and still considered China to be an important market and production center. The survey also asked 80 companies about their plans for the future in China. Five said they had decided to leave, and 11 said they were thinking about it. Source: Nishinippon Shimbun
