An online cooking class featuring Itoshima-branded ingredients will be held on Jan. 31. The local tourism association collaborates with an Itoshima-based food company Yamasue and an Itoshima-native cooking expert Shoko Sato, who will cook two sea bream (tai) dishes and other delicacies with twenty participants. Fresh ingredients will be delivered 1 ~ 3 days in advance to the homes of participants. Applications are accepted via the official website (http://www.itoshima-kanko.net/anews/online_cooking/) on a first-come, first-served basis.
