This Saturday Nov. 23, the Fukuoka Open Top Bus introduces two new Christmas season tour routes. Between Nov. 23 and Christmas Day Nov. 25, you can enjoy a night view of Fukuoka’s sparkling Christmas light displays from the open air sightseeing bus. There are two courses, Illumination A Course (100 min.) takes you to Fukuoka Tower, Meiji-dori and Watanabe-dori, with illumination spots including Akasaka Chapelle Des Anges, Fukuoka Tower (with a 40 min. stopover), and Tenjin. Illumination B Course (60 min.) travels around the Bayside and Hakata areas, with views of the illuminations at Hakata Port Tower, JR Hakata Sta., Hakataekimae-dori, and Tenjin.
