The Saga Prefecture-produced “shime parfait hot pot” sets debut online. The home-meal kit features three kinds of giant fresh parfait to enjoy at the end of one’s hot pot meal. It uses the soup of Ureshino onsen-style tofu hot pot as its base (*add agar powder and put in the refrigerator), and have it topped with creme and fruits. In addition to strawberry and mikan citrus, there is a ‘seaweed’ parfait using anko sweet beans. Reservations are accepted until Dec. 15 midnight, before shipping out on Dec. 17.
