Calbee has developed ume-anko flavor potato chips in collaboration with Fukuoka Agricultural High School in Dazaifu City. This is their 6th collaboration product with the concept of wishing the best of luck for the students who are taking school entrance exams. Ume-anko flavor gives unique sweetness of anko sweet beans right after the sour taste of ume plum. An employee from Calbee and one of the students from Fukuoka Agricultural High School visited Dazaifu City Mayor Daizo Kusuda to announce the debut of the product. The chips will be available at stores in Kyushu, Chugoku and Shikoku areas from December 10. Source: Mainichi Shimbun, 12/6/2018
