Rail Kitchen Chikugo’s New Route Features Local Sake

A new sake-focused tour debuts on Nishitetsu’s sightseeing train, The Rail Kitchen Chikugo, from December 4. The winter season trip introduces guests to eleven brands of sake and four shochu brands, all of which are sourced from areas en route. Drinks and other beverages are served in an all-you-can-to-drink style along with delicious appetizers and freshly baked pizza while the train travels between Tenjin and Omuta. It operates on Fri., Sat., Sun. and holidays until the end of February, and reservations are accepted online (¥8,800/person).  Source: Rail Kitchen Chikugo / Tenjin Keizai / Nishitetsu
