Sendai City Nissan and Sumitomo Corp sent 40 electric vehicles (Nissan e-NV200) to Koshikijima island. A ceremony to present the cards was held on April 12. The cars will be rented out to businesses in the tourist sector, used for transporting tourists, and as fisheries’ mobile shops and will be provided free of charge for the next three years.
