JR Hakata City, the new JR Hakata Station building slated to open with the start of full Kyushu Shinkansen service next March, is now accepting reservations for the use of event sites and conference rooms. Events can be held at three sites—one in the basement, one on the roof, and one on the third floor. The conference rooms are on the 10th floor, and the largest holds seating for 144 people.
