Tickets for the 2019 Rugby World Cup will be made available to people living in Fukuoka Prefecture from March 19 to April 12. Japan will host the competition from September to November next year, marking the first time that rugby’s showpiece event will be staged in Asia. During the tournament, three matches will take place at Fukuoka’s Level 5 Stadium. Residents of the prefecture are eligible to enter a special lottery in which selected winners can purchase tickets to see some of the world’s best rugby players compete in the tournaments round-robin stage.
