The restaurant Tundra on Meiji-Dori in Tenjin will close its doors for good after sixty-one years on May 7. The Russian restaurant run by its past founder and 77-year-old son served borscht stew and other Russian dishes to several generations. The restaurant was unsuccessful in finding a successor willing to continue the business during the pandemic and after that. Source: Nishinippon Shimbun
