Saga Prefecture released a version of AKB48’s latest single “Koisuru Fortune Cookie” on Youtube. The tribute video has been played over 800,000 times since its release on Sep. 9. Aimed at giving Saga some PR and good fortune, the video features Saga Prefectural employees including the Governor, and other Saga residents dancing along to AKB48’s song “Koisuru Fortune Cookie” at Saga’s famous spots (Yutokuinari Shrine, Yoshinogari Historical Park, Saga Heavy Ion Medical Accelerator in Tosu, etc.) See the full video here and see if you can spot the Governor!
