Saga-produced Powder Natto Gaining Popularity

A Fukuoka-based soy product ‘Natto Powder’ is gaining popularity. Sonomono Inc., a Fukuoka-based startup, developed the natural food product, using Saga-produced soybeans. The unique product freeze-dried Japanese traditional natto (fermented soy) and powderize it without any additives. After gaining popularity in the domestic market, the product debuted in Singapore last November. It will also debut in America in the near future. Source: sonomono 2020-04-10
