Following a visit by the mayor of Fukuoka last year, Seattle based IT company ComputeNext Inc. decided to establish new operations in Fukuoka, opening this January. The company is developing a centralized platform to manage cloud services. ComputeNext chose Fukuoka for its quality of life and access to Asia.
