Japan Foods Holdings, the Singapore franchiser for Kumamoto City-based Shigemitsu Industry, which operates the Ajisen ramen chain, was listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, it was announced. Japan Foods Holdings operates 26 Ajisen ramen shops in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The objective of the listing is to obtain capital for further expansion in Southeast Asia.
