<b>A shinkansen (bullet train) trial to ship Kyushu-sourced fresh fish and other ingredients to the Kansai area will begin in February. President and Representative Director of JR West, Kazuaki Hasegawa, explained online that the new coronavirus’s impact had boosted the demand and distribution of a wider variety of items.
