Shiseido Japan Co., Ltd. has announced the construction of a new factory in Kurume City. The factory will be built on a 97,000-square-meter area in Kurume Ukiha Industrial Complex, at a cost of approximately ¥40 to 50 billion. As the international demand for Shiseido’s skincare products continues to grow, the company has chosen Kurume as the site of its new factory for its access to other Asian countries.
