New ‘premium coupons’ will debut from seven shopping arcades and facilities inside Fukuoka City during November. Tenjin Chikagai currently accepts reservations to purchase a limited 10,000 sets of ¥12,000 tickets (sold for ¥10,000.) Canal City OPA also plans to sell its shopping tickets from Nov. 14. Additionally, some groups, including the Hakata-eki retailer association (Ming, Amu, KITTE, Hakata Hankyu, Hakata Marui, etc.), plan to resell their tickets.
