Kitakyushu-based airline Starflyer has formed a business association with Link, based in Tokyo, a company that plans to operate between regional airports. Link is interested in adding the Fukuoka and Kitakyushu airports where Starflyer operates. Flights on the low-cost carrier are planned to begin in the fall of 2013. Source: Nishinippon Shimbun
