The Kitakyushu-based airline Starflyer presented its business plan for the new fiscal year, which calls for the company to start operating charter flights between the new Kitakyushu Airport and Seoul in July. The objective is to capture the rising tourism demand between the two countries. The airline said it would evaluate the flights to consider whether to start regular service between the two cities, which does not exist at present.
