StarFlyer announced on December 10 that it plans to resume scheduled flights between Kitakyushu Airport and Taipei’s Taoyuan Airport in autumn 2026, ending a suspension in place since March 2020. The airline aims to capture rising inbound demand and expects to operate about three weekly round trips during overnight and early-morning hours. Details on schedules and fares will be released once finalized. With the restart, Kitakyushu Airport will have three regular international routes, including existing flights to Seoul and Cheongju.
