Sukesan Udon refreshed their shop in Okagaki, Fukuoka Prefecture, on Nov. 16 with new systems to ensure smoother and safer operation. The new interior features booth tables, more isles, and a tablet-based ordering system. A takeaway window allows customers to pay and receive their packed food without lining up at the in-restaurant cashier.
