Takeoff/Landing Cycles Decline by 7500 at Fukuoka Airport

Debate is continuing about ways to relieve congestion at the Fukuoka Airport, which is nearing capacity, but a preliminary report by the airport authorities reveals there was a decline of roughly 7,500 takeoff and landing cycles in 2008.
