Toyota Announces Temporary Reduced Production at Miyata Factory

In November, the Toyota Motor Corporation announced reduced production at domestic factories, including the Miyata Factory in Fukuoka Prefecture. The cancelation of a 50,000-car production run will temporarily suspend production lines at Miyata Factory for two days during the month. Toyota’s overseas bases also anticipate 50,000 ~ 100,000 reductions in the monthly car production due to the slow supply of car parts from South East Asia. Source: Nikkei / Toyota
