Toyota Motor Kyushu, Inc. revealed it halted operation of the Miyata Factory in Fukuoka after one of the factory workers became infected with COVID-19. According to the company, an employee working at the second production line of the factory tested positive for the new COVID-19 on March 24. Toyota shortly closed the facility and completed disinfection by March 25.
