Toyota Ties Up With Fukuoka City For FCV Use

Toyota Motor Corporation and Fukuoka City established a partnership on Feb. 7 to convert conventional gasoline-fueled trucks for civil services. To promote the use of fuel cell vehicles (FCVs,) the project will first introduce an FCV to deliver school meals in the fiscal year of 2022. This will be followed by the introduction of FCV for the city’s nighttime trash collections, which is expected to reduce noise issues. Source: Nikkei / TOYOTA / RKB
