Travel Subsidies Re-launched in Fukuoka Prefecture

Up to ¥5,000 per night subsidies through the “Fukuoka No Himitsu no Tabi” program are on offer from June 13. The discounts are available online or by phone reservation. The program, which targets residents of the seven Kyushu prefectures and Yamaguchi Prefecture, offers discounts of up to ¥5,000 per person per night for lodging and up to ¥3,000 per person per night for day trips. Discount coupons are issued upon proof of three C19 virus inoculations or a negative result certificate at the lodging facility. The campaign ends June 30, but the government is working to extend the deadline and covered areas. Source: RKB
