Twelve popular restaurants from Tokyo and Fukuoka will open for business from April 29 in the basement of the recently completed Tenjin Business Center building. Amongst the twelve restaurants to open is an affiliate of “sio,” which has been listed as a one-star restaurant in the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2020 for three consecutive years. Another standout amongst the twelve is a pasta specialty restaurant named “Oishii Pasta.” In 2021, “Forbes Japan” selected owner-chef Shusaku Toba as one of the to100 chefs of the year. His YouTube channel, where he publishes his recipes, has more than 310,000 subscribers. Source: TNC
