Police in Fukuoka Prefecture arrested a 24-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy on suspicion of attempted murder after a car allegedly struck a motorbike carrying two teenagers in Kawasaki Town last October. Investigators said the suspects conspired to hit the bike head-on on National Route 322 in the early hours of October 25. The riders, aged 17 and 18, were traveling double and sustained head injuries and other wounds but survived. Police have not disclosed whether the suspects admit to the allegations.
