Two More Properties Added to Tenjin Big Bang Project

The Tenjin Nishi-dori Business Center and the Sumitomo Seimei Fukuoka Building will join the joint redevelopment project known as Tenjin Big Bang. The two buildings occupying 2,800 square meters of land will be redeveloped as an office and commercial complex by the end of fiscal year of 2024. Connected directly to the Tenjin Chikagai arcade and located near another large-scale development plot on the former Daimyo Elementary School site, the new building is expected to contribute significantly to the redevelopment of the area.
