Food and drink from over 190 eateries inside Fukuoka City will be available for delivery via the Uber Eats app beginning November 28. Customers will have to pay an additional delivery fee of ¥380 for their order; however, the company is running a special campaign to celebrate the new Fukuoka service, in which this charge waived until December 31. Residents in Hakata-ku, Chuo-ku, Minami-ku, and Jonan-ku will be able to use the app from 9 am to midnight (although times may vary depending on the restaurant). The company is planning to introduce the service into other areas of the city gradually. Source: Uber Eats, 11/22/2018
