A university student from Kitakyushu was arrested on May 15 after cannabis was discovered in a lost wallet he had dropped in Fukuoka City’s Tenjin area. The wallet, which contained the student’s ID and a bag of cannabis, was turned into a local police station. Surveillance footage showed the student with the wallet, leading to his arrest.
