Okawa City-based vinegar brewery, Shobunsu, opened its first specialty shop in Fukuoka City on July 4. Located on the Keyaki-dori Ave. in Chuo Ward, the shop sells vinegar products suitable for drinking and cooking. Umasu (¥399/300ml,) Vinegar Cider (¥302/245ml,) multi-use dressing Banno Kuruozu Dare (¥486/300ml) and more items are now available without taking a half-day trip to the brewery. The brand with over-300 years of tradition enjoys local and non-local fans alike, and has a branch inside Ginza Six in Ginza, Tokyo too.
