A group of high school students in Fukuoka developed the world-fastest air-powered motorcycle. Eight students at Hakata Technical High School developed a unique air power engine using a Honda Super Cub 50 as the base. Powered by compressed air, the bike reached 61.4 km/h when it was tested in December 2019, breaking the current Guinness record of 45 km/h. The school plans to apply for a new Guinness World.
