Yamada Denki (Gunma Pref.) announced that they are acquiring 100% ownership of Best Denki (Fukuoka City) on July 1. Currently ownership sits at 52.03% with the rest of it being bought out in a stock swap. Best Denki will be delisted from the stock exchange on June 28.
