AR content of the Yamakasa decorative floats (kakiyamaksa) debuted on Jul. 1. The promotional organization of Kamikawabata shopping arcade and other companies developed the 3D contents. Using a smartphone app and QR codes set up inside the arcade, visitors can enjoy 360° views and sound of the exciting procession and take photos with the elaborate float.
