Pop-up Oyster Hut Opens on Top of Fukuoka Building

Following the success of the Fukuoka Building beer garden this summer, the Tenjin rooftop space will play host to a seasonal oyster hut from 11/1 (Fri.) until March 2014. Delicious oysters will be prepared for up to 120 customers at a time by master chefs Isogai Seisakusho, who runs the well-known Fukuoka seafood restaurants “Isogai” and “Shirasu Kujira”, and Onigashima Honpo, head of the noodle restaurant “Hakata Menchankotei”. The hut will serve lunch (¥1,300 for charcoal and 1kg of oysters with extras) from 11:00~16:00 and dinner (¥1,500 for oysters, oyster rice, extras and all-you-can-drink) from 17:00~22:00 daily.
