Yame Kurogi Wisteria Festival 2018

The star of the event is the 620-year-old Kurogi fuji (wisteria), a designated National Natural Monument with vines extending for meters. It’s visited by 200,000 people every year! Mid-April is prime viewing time. Browse the displays of local products and see the wisteria lit up at night (18:00~20:00).
