Ashiya Fireworks Festival
This fireworks festival has been held since the early 1900s. The 250-meter wide “Niagara Falls” fireworks will be lit up from boats floating in the river. The sight of the colorful fireworks in the night sky reflecting on the waters and creating a fantastic image is definitely picture-worthy. On the day of the event, an extra bus will run every five minutes from Orio Station to the venue.
