Kyushu Electric Power and Kyuden Fudosan have launched Groundi, a new luxury condominium brand, with the first project planned just south of Ohori Park. The nine-story building will sit on an 880-square-meter site in one of Fukuoka’s highest-priced residential areas and will contain 10 units ranging from two to four bedrooms. Construction is set to begin in spring 2026 and finish in March 2028. The top floor will feature a single 250-square-meter unit with a terrace overlooking the park. Pricing has not been finalized, but company representatives expect units to exceed ¥100 million. Kyushu Electric plans to expand the brand outside Fukuoka in the future. Source: Kyushu Electric Power
