This winter, Huis Ten Bosch once again transforms into a dazzling wonderland with one of the world’s largest illumination displays, set against a backdrop of cobblestone streets and brick architecture reminiscent of Europe. On New Year’s Eve, a grand countdown event will feature Japan’s largest New Year’s fireworks show, with 8,000 fireworks synchronized to music. A musical fountain show by the waterfront adds to the spectacle with a fusion of water, light, and sound. The combination of illuminations, fireworks, and fountains creates a fittingly festive end to the year. Advance passport purchase is recommended to avoid long lines at the gate.
