Celebrate the 10th Annual Ayubowan Sri Lanka Festival at the Tenjin Central Park, Tenjin Area Fukuoka Exchange Festival Plaza (Grass Plaza) on Saturday, April 20, and Sunday, April 21. The festival is themed “Ayubowan,” a Sinhala word meaning health and longevity.
This vibrant event features a wide array of activities and attractions including performances on traditional Sri Lankan musical instruments, Sinhala songs, and other stage performances. Delight in a variety of Sri Lankan cuisine, including coconut curry, at the food and drink booths. Explore booths selling Sri Lankan specialties such as coconut oil, various herbs, and spices. Additionally, experience traditional Sri Lankan Ayurvedic medicine at the Ayurveda experience booth.
