A new lunch set has been introduced at the sushi kappo restaurant on the 35th floor of the Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk. This set uniquely combines delicate, cherry blossom-themed sushi with a selection of afternoon tea sweets. The menu is fitting for the New Year, featuring an assortment of three appetizers, including dishes with bamboo shoots, vibrant temari and nigiri sushi, inari sushi inspired by Hina dolls, and luxurious cocktail sushi with lavish helpings of salmon roe and sea urchin presented in a glass. The offering is complemented by four types of traditional Japanese confections and two varieties of strawberry sweets. Each of the 17 exquisite items is crafted with a keen eye for detail, showcasing an impressive blend of quality ingredients and visual appeal.
