The largest sake and food event in Kyushu, “& SAKE FUKUOKA,” will be held again this year. This gourmet event brings together sake breweries from Fukuoka Prefecture and renowned Fukuoka restaurants in a spacious, extraordinary venue designed to resemble a tavern. Attendees can enjoy a unique experience, sipping sake while indulging in exclusive dishes from restaurants that typically don’t participate in events.
With 43 sake breweries from Fukuoka Prefecture showcasing their prized products, one of the event’s highlights is the opportunity to chat with the brewers themselves. Whether you’re a sake enthusiast, someone with a budding interest, or looking to deepen your knowledge, you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere at the venue with a glass of Fukuoka sake in hand.
This year, the event’s visual theme is “Flowers & SAKE,” with the central stage adorned with flowers, creating a vibrant atmosphere throughout the venue. Drinks such as sake, shochu, and liqueurs, along with food available inside the venue, will be exchanged for coins.
