Maizuru Park, filled with blooming cherry blossoms, is the venue for this very special outdoor art festival. The exhibition features creations by six artists active both inside and outside of Japan, including the critically acclaimed Yayoi Kusama. Don’t miss seeing their artwork against the beautiful scenery surrounding Fukuoka Castle Ruins, and experience a unique mix of contemporary art, history and the cherry blossoms!
*This “beyond 2020 Program” event aims to share Japanese culture while promoting diversity and the importance of a global mindset.
