Asian cinema takes center stage at Movie Hall Cine-la this month. A total of 6 Asian films will be screened in Dec. The blockbuster movie “Mother (2009)” directed by Bong Joon-ho, who won the Academy Award for Best Picture for “Parasite”, and the Malaysian movie “Guang (2018)” at the Asia Focus Fukuoka International Film Festival 2018. It has won more than 20 awards worldwide and will be screened. Check the Cine-la website for screening schedules.
